Hi guys,
if ever you make it to UK. give me a ring and you will be most welcome to stay with me and I will take you to my favourite haunts.
Are there any left? thousands, as this is a lake with a restocking programme. Last year 64,000 fish were released over a period of 6 months. The average catch rate per rod is 4.2. weight 2.4 lbs. Largest this season was 8lbs.6ozs. Fly only. No bait allowed.
Feel welcome to mail me on henryg1@blueyonder.co.uk

Im not sure if it was the same trout that henry cooked when he played host to us, but it was the first time I ate trout and I must tell you they were excellent and Henry was a fabulous cook and the best host Ive come across.
