Hi All

hows the shore angling (spinning) in mumbai and goa?
what species can i expect and what lures must i carry?
i am planning a trip there in january, will also be visiting srinigar.
In February i visited kochin and was surprised to catch some nice gt. It was excellent fun, but the best part was meeting local Indian fishermen. I was very warmly welcomed by two gentlemen who thoroughly entertained me. I think they are members of this site. Shamit and Praveen from Kochin.

You can find Barras, threadfin salmon, mangrove jacks, baracudas and groupers in Mumbai and goa.
Experts boy other species that we can find around.
Poppers, shallow divers and silver spoons are productive.
Colours depends on each fishes liking. :-)
