hey guys, its great to know that there is a site made avaiable to help out in fishing tips, trips and basically the know how of fishing. Well i'm really happy now that i have joined Indian Angler it was reffered to me by one of my friends who i used to fish with a long time ago. Since i was in school i would go fishing with a couple of friends on sundays or school holidays to bandstand(bandra). But i had no fishing rod, just the plain old dead line with a couple of hook's tied to a big rock or a bunch of big bolts,,, it used to be so much fun. Now i want to learn how to fish with a rod and am looking basically to buy myself some fishing gear. Hope i can get some tips and make a trip soon...... thanks guys
angelo.

Hi Angelo,

good to finally see you here. Have you decided on what equipment you want ? Check with some of the fishing Gurus in Bandra......should be somewhere around your house itself. For how long are you in Bombay ?

Regs to mum, dad & bro's.

Champ, there are quite a few bandra guys here.....send out a post asking for their assistance / service.....they may charge you a hand or leg (for bait)....watch out !

Fred/ Sydney......Angelo stays close to Supari Talao in bandra ....... you would probably know his dad Vivian Pereira (quite active in Bandra Gym for all occassions)......kindly assist ! feel free to ask him for a finger or toe !

Hi Keyur,

There are two Vivian Perieras' near Supari Talao !! If he is the son of the Vivian I feel he is of,
then I'd rather ask him for a tongue !!!!
Agnelo is most welcome anytime.

By the way Keyur Fr. Walter has sent you his regards.!!!!!

Syd.

Hi Keyur,

I'm not referring to "tongue" as a bargaining tool.

Agnelo's family makes the best salted tongue in B'bay.!!

Be quick and place your order!!!

Fr.Walter is still at Stephen Nivas.

Syd.

HI Sydney,

I said use tongue as a bargaining tool, so that you get your order.....Else you may not get the amount that you want....lol

Angelo's mum also makes awesome chocolates...... yes, I get that free when I go over to their place

Now you can tell Angelo "A tongue for a fishing tip"......there you have a bargainig tool.

Do you have the Stephen Nivas phone no? I last stayed there 9 years ago & the tel nos changed sometime inbetween.

Now I wonder where Angelo has dissappeared........ Probably checking the stock of tongue, before he gets a flurry of orders :P
