Hi Guys !
My first posting to the group.. Stumbled across it recently and was pleasantly surprised to find so many enthusiastic anglers !
I live in Goa ... been doing some amateur fishing for the last couple of years in and around the place , with the worst of luck.
Hoping to get some good advice and hopefully meet with the pros from the group .

Hi Arjun,

Welcome to the forum. I stayed near Candolim beach for a year. Did a lot of fishing near the aguada fort and near the jail.

he pal Goa is it? well the fishing should be mind blowing there what you have been upto ? I am sure if you want there is lot of tips and advice in the bai and tactics index just check it out . The last i heard there was hell of a lot fishing going on in arambol and Anjuna also at the fort aguada . The best way to go is to try bait fishing with fresh bait like prawns and Mullet. I had some major success with these two baits

Hi Arjun,

Rajat is dead right, there is some great fishing to be had in goa. get the timing and bait right and before long you will have a healthy bend in your rod!
