Hallo everyone,

I am vikram from Hyderabad, presently on the verge of finishing my Masters in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Warwick,England. Firstly, my felicitations and thanks to Bopanna for launching this fantastic forum for this exciting sport. Though I had started early with bamboo fishing rods as a country boy,I couldn't make much progress in piscatorial pursuits for which I intend to make up. Looking forward to learn the tricks of the trade and more importantly get to know the great people here.

Rustam, thank you very much for introducing me to this site.

And those who take interest in guns and shooting sports and haven't registered on www.indiansforguns.com, please do so.You will enjoy it, great sport and great people.

Best- Vikram

Hi Vikram,

Nice to have you on board here. Did not know that you were into fishing too.

Cheers,

Welcome aboard, Vikram.

Before you leave Blighty, make sure you get yourself some decent tackle and then get stuck in on your return. Better still, you could start right away.

Rustam

Mark, I like fishing too, but could not do much in upgrading in terms of equipment and/or knowledge of the sport.

Rustam, I plan to stay a bit after I finish my Masters. But, bringing along a bit of a rod and reel is definitely on my mind.

Thanks once again.

Best- Vikram
