It was almost a week ago when my dad told me that we were finally sellng the house and biding farewell to ahmedabad.we decided that the only way to do it good and proper was for the whole family to get together for one last time, stay at the house for a couple of days and put in some intensive murrel fishing along with all the document work and stuff.i was already pretty fed up with having to see all of rahul and my dads murrel fishing exploits on ia same as everyone else and thought it high time i actually got into some murrel myself.Me and my dad got here on independance day morning and decided to do the patriotic thing and head for the water.we fished the canal system for two days and ended up with a lot of punctured frogs,a very harassed cicada imitation, and i personally finally got my share of sights and sounds that are gonna haunt my dreams for a long time to come.

Fantastic! I just love murrels on frogs. Top water hits really get the adrenalin pumping.

Love that Bull Neelgai's expression.

Nice catch and thanks for sharing. These images take me back to my childhood fishing, when I use to catch them in a Lake using earthworm and grasshoppers as bait.

Congrats seems to be a small word for you guys. Catching fishes never seemed to be a problem with you all. But the enthusiasm and the spirit with which you enjoy your fishing is what I say hats off to. An emotional phase of letting go of your property of Ahmedabad did not go without fishing. After having fished the best places on planet including lakshadweep and amazon of which I know, you still never let go of any fishing opportunity. And Jeenu, like Alibhai said, you are lucky to have the father you have. Well thinking again, I am quite young too and open to adoption. I can be your new brother..........
