Also remember, the harder/longer the fight, the more exhausted the fish and the less chances of it's survival if released before it has fully recovered.
If the released fish flips over, it is too exhausted and the chances of it's survival are dim.
The golden rule here is to hold the fish in water till you feel it getting it's strength back and then allow it to swim away on it's own - - it's a wonderful feeling [smilie=happy.gif]
