Does anyone know who manufactures quick dry outdoor wear in India? I know cabelas imports a lot of stuff from here.

All the stuff on sale in Goa (Seconds) is made in Nepal and includes the Redhead, SportsAfield and Megellan brands.

Last time I was in Sri Lanka, they had loads of Colombia and World Wide Sportsman branded stuff that was locally made for the US market and with a bit of haggling, it was dirt cheap.

Watch the sizes.
UK size XL fits me.
Indian size XL or XXL fits me, depending on the brand.
US Size L fits me - with XL being like a small tent.

There are a lot of reasons why stuff gets listed as seconds. It might be something as simple as the shirt getting dirty (they can't wash it prior to packaging so it's sold as a second), it might be a fault in the material or stitching (check carefully) or (and this is common) the wrong size label might have been sewn in. So check that they fit before you buy them no matter what size the label says it is.
