Hey Bobster

Some of the old pics that i found .. just got them scanned .. picture quality is a bit bad as they are old and faded a bit ....

Daughter hooked and landed this with my help ....she was just 9 years old .. what a thrill she had and couldnt stop talking about it

Image

This was another one on the same trip
Image

My largest Ravas 23 lbs ..at Madh incoming tide ... 35 minutes fight ...
Image

One of my first Barramundi around 15 lbs ... Bandstand ( outer rock )

Image

Another barra ....12 lbs .. daughter on the left .. guess she picked up the fishing habit then
Image

My largest barra till date ... weighed in at 57 lbs ... caught at bandstand ( outer rock )

Image

Another early Barra ... 22 lbs

Image

Bob have some pictures of you too ... trying to see if i can get them scanned as they are too faded and might not be clear at all

Fred, to me the Barramundi is probably the most beautiful fish i have seen pictures of. I have some news magazines from Australia that Glenn Todd sent me, there is a picture of a barra on the cover that i just can't forget.
Nice pix mate

Owen

Whoa! Fred Go easy on the Barras mate. Great pictures! And I thought there were no fish to catch off the coast of Bombay. I used to do atleast 10 trips a month there. The only things I ever caught were a small catfish (off Marine Drive) and a Bugger trying to nick my umbrella.

Yes I know about the story about his other "happy" habbits and "that" Gaff

But do you know the story about the Gaff and what happened on the wall behind Sea Rock and the men from UP?

Hi Kamlaker,

If you do not take a Rod and Freddy is bluffing, there is a new 2 pce 10ft rod available you can use. But return it back in good condition as I have given it to someone..

Maria will be in Bombay on the 15th so maybe I could organise another rod for you if you can wait that you can keep or you could take that one and I will replace it after the 15th.

Regards,

Bobby

Cmon Kamlakar ... lets go fish .... rods are not a problem now that they were then .... now we can just order them of the net .. not like old times when we had to "source" one from an angler and then try to con him to sell it
