A family weekend at WASI turned out to be a great fishing trip for these kids. I was busy targeting Carps which recently has broken many lines , my nephew a nine year new kid on the bloc , a first timer on a fishing trip , a keen observer quietly watched me handling the rod silently learning the tricks. An hour later Shivalinga the guard was fixing the hook with the earthworm and the kid was casting perfectly. As the luck would have been, the young ones line got tight. A first timer he was asking the guard why suddenly this time reel-in is heavy. As came out the big Tilapia out of water he was on cloud nine. Nearby sitting his 13 year old sister now had a point to prove . How could she be anyway less greater than him. This guy was not even ready to let her touch the rod. I had to mediate and had to fix as five cast each turn by turn. It all went frenzy afterward .Together these two kids caught 13 fishes which include 11 Tilapia 1 common carp and 1 murrel.
Many thanks to OWEN who knowing that I am coming next day left the earthworms.

Great going! It is fantastic to introduce the little ones to the sport. And fill them with wonder, awe and respect for nature.

May the tribe always increase.
