Today Ali, Santo and I went to Madh just to check out one of our favorite fishing spot. fishing was not so much in agenda but just kidding around was. Santo decided to try hand line and Ali chose to fish with one of the smallest rods.

I think my bro has taken the biggest Ravas from this place 2 X 26lbs fish I have posted the pictures on the site somewhere.

and i got my first notable fish on hand line.....
the only thing is you need to be carefull while launching it.

you still get Ravas here bobby although may not that frequently but i have caught my Baramundi from here :D :D

Mhad is probably the best place in Bombay for Rawas. I hear Bhati is still producing and about 8+ Ravas have been taken there this year, got the news last week.

The pics are great. The colour of nature is beyound discription and as they change with every second with a setting sun, this is some thing to behold.

This fish was not landed by any locals, It was caught by a japanees guy, who is known as nepali. the place where he landed the fish was between the dargah and a small iseland. he also landed 4 barras from the same spot and the biggest was 23 Kg. :roll: :roll:

we are on to it mate only thing is that this jap guys i very small and can go to the spot on a very tiny boat as for Ali it may be fine for me I am looking for a bigger boat to hit the spot :twisted: :twisted:
