its head Rasool on river jahlum, Tey are storing water at Mangla dam, and 2nd reason is its rice season, so thats wht they stop water there.

Mk head rasul is a fantastic place to be. Its built on the Jehlum river and yes You can sumtimes hook into a monster ot 2 :lol:
