Nice one, Jeff!

Saw it when that particular e-mail was doing the rounds and recall that quip about using mahseer for bait.

For those of you guys who may be interested to pay a visit to Texas to target the great Alligator Gar, then you got to fish with the Gar Master himself, Captain Kirk Kirkland!

No one in the whole Lone Star state can match his pro guide's expertise to help you catching these amazing Gators'! Any worlwide's dedicated globetrotter angler would confirm you what I've just said!

Check out Kirk's website: http://www.texasfishingguides.org/kirkland

Or email him at: DuCkHuNtR35@aol.com

What an amazing fish. It looks prehistoric.

Thanks

Hi Ryan,

Yes, these fish remind me of the Coelacanth, once thought to be extinct. The alligator gar is sturdily built and extremely powerful. Pulling a boat is no problem for them. And they get far bigger than the one in the picture.

Regards,

Mm
