Aaron,
Don't the palace grounds authorities have any issues with people fishing there?

Pran

Now that's why I like to fish Salt Water, you do not have to PAY to fish  as much as this contridicts how I sign my posts

I am sure the Palace Waters must be used over and over...far from virgin waters

just back from the royal waters...
the lakes not to well maintained ..loads of plastic everywhere..there are only tilapia in the lake as of now..the lake's been leased out to a friend of jude's and both of us have practically sold the idea of a fishing club there for the bangers.
he's releasing rohu, catla, grass carp.any other fish u guys can think of?
wouldnt the release of marral probably decimate the other fingerlings? :?:
looks like the bongs are finally rubbing of on us...
hey gav jude spent one afternoon with u and he's walking around with pictures of fort william in his bag!!
and his goal at the moment is to probably set up a ROYAL model of the fort!!(complete with machans and all !!)

Guys,

I posted a note regd this lake on the WASI group site as this friend wanted to know how to go ahead with a fishing club.

It is a bit sad looking now .... but no junta like Ulsoor/Lalbagh.

Anyway even if it does happen...won't be ready for a year.

Gavin,
You started a riot with your ....
"What were you and Jude doing in the Palace Grounds ?? "
If you wanted to know...we went to see the "princess" Devi ... :P

So when are you taking Saikibran to FW

Jude

Riot [smilie=m-moi.gif] :?: :?:

Hey Jude - You seeing too many Devis, mate   But that's a good idea of starting a angling club at the Palace Grounds.. Suggest that, besides letting in small fish, also release some big rohus and catla.. The biggies would add to the population, while the baccha party grow.. Contact the fisheries dept and they have some sort of medicines that would make the fish breed ( for want of a better word  ) faster than normal...
Do not introduce marral, just yet....

Regarding FW - Doc has an open invitation..
Doc - Just say the word...

Prabin, when do you intend to go there. As far as I know, entry there is restricted and don't exactly know where the lake is either. Do let me know. I might be intrested.
