THE ONE METRE CLUB

The Holy Grail of barramundi fishing is to catch a fish that is over one metre long.

As I sit typing this, to my right on the wall are two plaques commemorating
people who have achieved this feat.

A total of 86 anglers have got their names on the plaque, starting with a
fish of 104 cm caught in May 2004 and ending in July 2013 with one of 109 cm.

The largest fish has been caught by a Mr.D.Fry in Feb.2007 and it is a whopping 123 cm!

Any chance I can get onboard tomorrow?

Goo luck Kingfish!

But, if you really want to catch metre long Barras, I think you might have a better shot at it here in India :)
