Hi Folks,

Off on a fishing expedition in Nov - the plan is to head out from Bangalore and hit Vijaydurg - start fishing there and work our way down the coast via Goa, Karwar, Murudeshwar, Marawanthe before heading back to Bangalore. The plan is to do some surf fishing, take boats out where possible and in general keep our lines in the water maybe - 10 - 12 hours in a day ;-)

Have our itinerary pretty much planned out - was hoping that someone would be kind enough to drop me a line about accomodation and boat rental possibilities in Durg - much appreciated.

Thanks, Sudhir

Hi Sudhir,

There are some cheap motels just around the jetty, go there are ask, someone will point you in the right direction, do the same for the boat man.

Sorry mate but I do not have any numbers to give you.

Bobby
