Hi mate,
Is it not amazing to hit a mine of gold.
The joy of going to the place where you were fishing in itself an experiance. And then landing these buties, what to say man... :-)
Very soon I too will be combing the same waters in search of gold.. 8)

take care and best of luck for further trips.

Regards,

Ali..

Thanks for the offer Mayur,

I will be in north on 20th June for two weeks. Don't know will have time to go to Barot.. Its around 120 Kms from Shimla if I am not wrong. so it can't be a two days trip for me. I was thinking of gettign out for a weekend.. Lets see.. Will give you a call once I am there.

no no barot is approx - 7 hrs drive from shimla.

Barro can be better approached from kangra - 2hrs + 5 hrs from chandigarh.

tirthan - 8 hrs - chandigarh via sundernagar / mandi

cosest to shimla - trout area is narkanda 3 1/2 hrs beyond.

Cheers!!!
