Hi
You do get shark at restaurants in Bangalore.
Lot of them in Gandhinagar area, Fishland etc
also called Mori in Kannada.
i buy regularly at my fish shop.
good for making fish kababs as it has only a central bone.

Shark is good eating especially when fried, is one of the more expensive fish here in the fish stalls.
