"The Accidental Angler" series which will start on 5th May.

In the first of his journeys Charles Rangeley-Wilson is in Bangalore. In search of the legendary and mighty mahseer, the strongest freshwater fish in the world, he follows in the footsteps of colonial anglers and travels to Mysore, in India.

Programme 1: India

Saturday 5th May at 0710 GMT

The best way would be to record directly on a DVD uning a DVD recorder. If not then record on normal speed on NEW VHS Tapes and I will record the same onto a DVD using a DVD recorder.

Recording on a PC with tuner, the quality may not be that good.

Thanks for letting us know - would have missed it otherwise.
Can record on pc and then burn a dvd - but not sure how it will turn out, qualitywise.
Bobby, I wonder if anybody still has a "functioning" VHS recorder at home.
