Who uses ebay to buy tackles?

A few days back I had commited to buy a few things from Har Lee Rods and later I didnt want to. Now messages are being sent to me that if I dont pay, I will be penalised. What are they planning to do with me? Any idea?

Cheers,
Apoo

Hi Apoo

Check your mail. Worst case they will put a strike against your feedback that's all. They cannot penalise you in any other way.
