Sir,i would like few IA stickers ,but going through the posts i don't any are
available ! I would like to put forward a thought ,that all the registered
members be allowed to download the logo & print their own stickers ,as many as they want. Doing so it wont burden one single member. Personley
i would like to print a few coffee mugs.
Another thing sir,why can't we make identity cards / membership cards for all our members. Like on the lines of AMA ( Aero Modelling Association of India ). These identity cards / membership cards can be used
to get discounts at various resorts/guest houses/hotels at or near popular
angling spots/ some online angling stores and easier to obtain licenses ! Also
customs duty!

The AMA , NRAI has done it,so why can't we ?
After all aeromodelling is sport, rifle shooting is a sport and so is ANGLING !!
(the nitty gritty things can be worked out ! )

Identity cards, thats a good idea so people can know our true intent. The mumbai police is pretty ignorant about weapons and time again we have been stopped due to our rod holders and gear{bandook)thats all they can think.I think BOPS would be the right guy to begin with......IA seems very important in fact its sounds like a government agency IB......except we gather more information that's useful to our community.

Me too ! Me too ! And that ID card idea is a great idea... at least we wont have to explain ourselves everytime somebody asks what we are doing with that... "black rod that resembles a gun"(most of them mistake my rod for a rifle)...

and Hey fredfish you have a pm :)

Guys how can i get the IA car stickers & ID cards. Nashik has strict police patrol these days and I have been asked many times whenever I am fishing on a bridge or visit dams.
Since I am the only one in this city ID card & sticker would help a lot.

Thanks,
Amol
