Jokes apart,

No, I will not be fishing that day from a Sand Bar and I request all of you to remain very cautious in case you are fishing that day. The tide will come very fast and that can be very treacherous.

To be honest, with such high tide and strong currents, fishes will not be able to stay close to rocks or mouth of estuaries. The obvious choice, if you want to fish that day, will be upstream of an estuary.

Be careful guys,

extreme caution is the mantra.

Regards,

Ali. :D
